Pre-launch status

This store is currently being prepared for launch. Products, prices, availability and delivery arrangements are being reviewed. The private preview is not an invitation to place live orders.

Products and pricing

Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Applicable delivery charges are shown before payment. Product listings describe the specific item and pack size offered; lifestyle images and other accessories are illustrative unless the description says they are included. Read the product description, manufacturer instructions and suitability information before use. Preparedness products do not guarantee protection in an emergency.

Orders

When the store opens, please provide accurate contact and delivery details and review your order before paying. If a listing error or stock issue prevents fulfilment, we will contact you about a suitable resolution, including a refund where appropriate. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement.

Delivery and returns

Orders may be dispatched by separate suppliers. Our shipping policy and return and refund policy explain delivery and remedies. Scribe Supplies remains your point of contact for purchases from this store.

Privacy and consumer rights

Our privacy policy explains how personal information is handled. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable law.
