Problems with an order
Email contact@scribesupplies.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem and relevant photos. Keep packaging where practical. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return address.
Your consumer rights
Our goods come with consumer guarantees under Australian Consumer Law. For a major product problem, you may choose a refund or replacement. For a minor problem, we will arrange an appropriate remedy, including repair where applicable. Further remedies may apply if the problem cannot be fixed within a reasonable time.
These rights are not limited by a manufacturer warranty or this page. We remain your point of contact for products purchased from Scribe Supplies, including items dispatched by a supplier.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns are not currently offered. This does not affect your rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods. Contact us promptly if you need to cancel an order; cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.
