Contact Scribe Supplies at contact@scribesupplies.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. Photos can help us assess damage or a fault. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide the correct return instructions.

Your Australian Consumer Law rights

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. For a major failure, you may choose a refund or replacement and may be entitled to compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. For other failures, you are entitled to a remedy within a reasonable time. These rights are not limited by a manufacturer warranty.

Scribe Supplies remains your point of contact for purchases from this store, including goods dispatched by a supplier. Where the law requires us to cover reasonable return costs for faulty goods, we will do so.

Change of mind

Change-of-mind returns are not currently offered. This does not affect your rights for faulty, unsafe, misdescribed or otherwise non-compliant goods. If you need to cancel an order, contact us promptly; cancellation may not be possible after dispatch.
